Systems Administrator
This role begins on a project-based or part-time basis, with opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The Systems Administrator will act as a technical architect, translating operational goals into scalable, efficient systems using modern platforms and automation tools. The Million Dollar Solution is a coaching group designed to help privately owned Elder Law Firms build, grow and manage their practices, people and profits.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain software integrations and workflows
- Build and optimize CRM, marketing, and operations automations
- Lead integrations across platforms such as GoHighLevel, ActionStep, Microsoft Power Automate, and other Microsoft platforms
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams
- Troubleshoot and improve existing systems
- Document workflows and technical processes
- Support client-facing implementations as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as an IT Developer, Systems Integrator, or Automation Specialist
- Strong understanding of APIs and workflow automation
- Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActionStep, and Microsoft platforms
- Experience with Zapier or related software's to foster effective software connections and automations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and documentation abilities
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
- East Coast residency required
